專業會議是一個非常好的場合去打造自己的社交圈，並為自身所屬的產業領域建立有用的人脈。 我注意到我老闆每次參加會議展覽時，他總是能找到『對的人』並自然開啟對話。然而~不是每個人都能自然地跟他人互動建立關係，如果你常糾結不知如何和他人開啟一段對話或是讓對方印象深刻，我分享一些訣竅幫助你提高社交技巧與自信心：

1. 知己知彼百戰百勝

事先調查與會者有誰並列出你想接觸的人，閱讀他們的自傳和社群媒體等，來了解他們的工作內容或興趣；掌握目標對象清楚的輪廓，將讓你能更有自信以及專注於如何開始雙方對話。

2. 開啟對話

為了順利讓雙方互動，請試著用開放式問句，透露出你對於他的工作專業很有興趣，藉此問句讓對方有機會分享。
