Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you don't need a card. The trial starts the day you sign up. For 7 days you can watch past classes, use the English Gym and study with TOEIC Vocab Plus+. Want to talk to a teacher first? Book a free 1-on-1 demo. Live classes launch in January.
How do live classes work?
Each class is about 60 minutes: 30 minutes of teacher-led instruction, then 30 minutes of small-group speaking and discussion.
How often can I attend?
Starter includes 3 classes a week. Fluency includes all 6 weekly classes. Pro includes all 6 weekly classes plus a monthly 1-on-1 coaching session.
Are classes live?
Yes. Every class is live with a real teacher and your classmates. Sessions are also recorded so you can review or catch any classes you missed.
What levels are available?
We use CEFR levels. The Vocab Class is level A1 and A2 (Beginner). Conversation classes are B1 (Lower Intermediate) to C1 (Advanced). We'll help you find the right group after your quiz or assessment.
Can I attend Business and Social English?
Fluency and Pro include both. Starter lets you choose Social or Business.
What happens if I miss a class?
Watch the recording, read the class notes, and come back next week. One class in a calendar week keeps your streak, and you get an automatic rest week each quarter.
How does the streak work?
Attend one live class during a calendar week and your streak continues. Extra classes that week make your dot bigger.
Do I have homework?
There is no homework guilt. If you want, there are short, optional practices before and after class to help you use what you learned.
What does the AI do?
All exercises are customized to your level and connected to your career, school, or what you discuss in class. The English Gym prepares you before class and helps you remember what you talked about afterward. It never replaces your teacher.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
