Meet the people who started VINE
Russ Jaimes and Ting Su started VINE in 2010. Together they also lead Contxt Consulting, a boutique firm for business transformation and international team development.
Co-founderRuss Jaimes
An educator and program designer, Russ focuses on communication, leadership training and learning by doing, and gives executive coaching to multinational companies. He is also a CEO of an American biotech company and holds a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of New Hampshire.

Ting Su
Ting is an executive coach specialising in confidence building, communication skills and leadership development, helping professionals and leaders speak with confidence at work. He works extensively with HR departments at large multinational companies and holds a Political Science degree from USC.
